The deep red color and aromatic intensity augur well for maturity. The nose is complex, with black fruits such as blackberry and blackcurrant. These fruits are echoed on the palate, where they are accompanied by silky, greedy tannins: a very fine cuvée.

Hot pre-fermentation maceration at stainless steel and concrete’s tanks, equipped with thermoregulation. Rapid alcoholic fermentation with small winding.
Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.

Best Service with : The tannins are elegant, with persistent dark fruit notes. A very fine wine for aging, it would pair beautifully with venison fillet in Grand Veneur sauce or lamprey à la Bordelaise.
